Canadians understand that but a strong majority still want more information.
It’s not surprising that support for calling a public inquiry into China’s election meddling is highest in Alberta or that men and those aged 55 and over are most likely to want an inquiry. That’s the Conservative base in a nutshell but those same geographic and demographic slices of Canadian society also generally trust our elections.
