A Scottish legal firm has moved into a city office flagship building.
Carpenters Group, an insurance and legal services company, has taken on a 10-year lease of the first floor of 10 Bothwell Street.
Carpenters made the move after relocating from their office on 147 Blythswood Street, also owned by SRE, and their new space has been fully furnished and fitted out by the companies together. John Grewar, who manages letting activity for the SRE Group, said: “We are very pleased that Carpenters Group has taken space at 10 Bothwell Street, which is now almost fully let, with the refurbishment only having been completed a short time ago.
“SRE Group’s two-year refurbishment programme has resulted in over 22,500 sq.ft. of lettings at 10 Bothwell Street already, with only 5% of space remaining, showing the market is still active for quality well-located space.”
