The photo shows a street that was one of Glasgow's busiest shopping thoroughfares on the fringes of the city centre until it was wiped from the map in the 1960s.
A nostalgic photo showing what was once one of Glasgow's most bustling shopping streets has been shared online.

Sharing the photo of Stow Street on their Facebook page, Glasgow City Archives wrote: "The area was redeveloped in the 60s, and the street doesn’t exist anymore, but it ran between Hope Street and Cambridge Street."
