A 71-year-old Lancaster County man who fostered children was arrested and charged on Wednesday after police said he sexually abused the kids in the county between 2004 and 2016, according to a press release.
Breneman was initially accused of abusing two victims between the ages of 4 and 11, but a third victim shared similar experiences with Breneman, the police report said. Two separate court documents show Breneman has preliminary hearings set for June 11 and June 14. Court records said Breneman was unable to post bail on Wednesday and was booked into the Lancaster County Prison.
