KZN downplays no-show in ANC top 7

ANC KwaZulu-Natal Secretary, Bheki Mtolo, is downplaying the lack of a KZN representative in the party's top seven.

In 2017, KZN backed Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma, who was defeated by Ramaphosa.Mtolo says KZN doesn't necessarily have to be represented.
