Justin Trudeau’s Liberals — as appalling as they are, with their casual corruption and inability to deliver even the most basic services — know how to win. Clearly. In 2015, Trudeau brought the Liberal Party from third place to first place, big time, something that had never happened before. In 2021, he did it again. That they’d consider that some of their electoral assumptions have been wrong. Like, say, that Canadian voters hate Trudeau as much as they do . Or that Canadians are always as angry as they are .
And under him, everyone agrees, crime got worse. And, as Policy Alternatives noted, Harper still cut funding to those preserving law and order.
