Kaizer Chiefs defender Spiwe Given Msimango has shared how he plans to work his way into the Bafana Bafana fold long-term.
Kaizer Chiefs star Given Msimango has discussed his ambitions of representing Bafana Bafana.Msimango was called up for the preliminary squad against Morocco in an AFCON qualifier in May but didn’t make the final group. He saw former TS Galaxy teammates Andile Mbunjana and Bathusi Aubaas make the cut and he’s happy and proud to see them both succeeding.
The 26-year-old Kaizer Chiefs man was named again in a provisional group to face Eswathini and Ivory Coast, and that final selection will be made on Thursday 5 October. He has played 11 matches across all competitions for the Glamour Boys this term but wasn’t in the side which lost to Cape Town City at the weekend.at length on his Bafana ambitions and how he’s willing to bide his time until the chance arrives.
