Found fit for trial

Jennings is facing charges of assault causing bodily harm, assault with a weapon, choking, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and breaching a release order in relation to a gun-related incident in Conception Bay South Tuesday, Dec. 6. The day before his arrest, Jennings had been scheduled for trial on more than a dozen gun-related charges, laid in connection with an incident in C.B.S. last spring. Jennings didn’t turn up for court but was represented by his lawyer. All his charges related to the March incident were withdrawn.
