JP Morgan Chase & Co. said Thursday its new headquarters at 270 Park Avenue in Manhattan will be New York City's biggest all-electric tower with net zero operational emissions and will set new standards for sustainability. The new building will house up to 14,000 employees and create 8,000 construction jobs involving 40 local unions. The tower will be a 1,388-foot, 60-story skyscraper and will be designed by Foster + Partners.
