If you ever entered the church, you would understand why: its richly coloured stained-glass windows, made from glass from Vienna and Seattle and fashioned by a Buddhist artist named Randy Hester, told of Christ’s ascension into heaven, the parable of the Good Samaritan, and other stories important to Christians.
