That these two occasions to potentially help someone happened in one week had me thinking about how many other times I might have blithely driven or walked past an opportunity to help someone. In our early courtship, he caused me to notice how often I was letting doors close in front of someone not that far behind me. He has made me a better person, but there is still work to do!
