'Murder at Lover’s Leap' is sequel to 'The Body on the Beach'

Fifty years before, in Harbour Grace in August 1927, Frank had just returned from New York. It was a medical sojourn disguised as a family visit — his girlfriend and colleague Christine Sullivan had pleaded with him to try an experimental therapy to stop his drinking. But Frank had signed himself out early and immediately sought the solace of a few shots of Canadian Club.
