The sandwich chain has plans to build its first locations in Parker County, Texas. They’ll be in Hudson Oaks and Weatherford, records show.
Two new locations are coming to Hudson Oaks and Weatherford. They will be the first Jersey Mike’s in Parker County.
According to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, construction in a new retail strip center in Hudson Oaks will begin in mid-January and wrap up in mid-March.
