My favorites are those encouraging him to take proper care of it to prevent infection. My inner Boca Raton grandmother echoes their sentiments.
Whether JB got a barbel placed underneath his skin or two dermal piercings is unclear to me, but I'm going to operate under the assumption that they are the latter.
