In this role, you will be responsible for the development and upkeep of Java applications, with a particular emphasis on building robust RESTful services and microservices using Spring Boot and Spring MVC.
Your key responsibilities will encompass designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and efficient Java applications. You will delve into the realm of API development, crafting, testing, and maintaining RESTful APIs, seamlessly integrating them with both internal and external systems. Database integration will be a crucial aspect, involving the design and implementation of data persistence layers using Spring Data JPA and Hibernate, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in implementing robust security measures using Spring Security for authentication, authorization, and the safeguarding of sensitive data. Your expertise will extend to writing clean, well-documented, and efficient code, conducting thorough unit testing with JUnit and Mockito, adhering to Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles.
