Do you think the secret will be out by Christmas?
On tonight's hour-long episode of Emmerdale, Cain is regretting his actions and fears Moira could find out everything from several 'loose threads' by Christmas.Considering the fact that his wife survived life-changing brain surgery, you would think Cain could relax - however, the guilt of his actions from yesterday has him concerned that he has damaged any future and happiness he could have with Moira. Not least as he gets arrested in front of her by police.
The arrest comes after a phone call from Jimmy alerted them to what he had done after being persuaded by Nicola to report him. Thankfully, that is all Moira knows and he returns to the hospital after being released from questioning. However, he is not out of the woods yet, as when he leaves the hospital he bumps into Caleb who tells him about the morning after pill he found in the bin. Caleb thinks it is Steph who left it - but Cain knows the truth and finds Ruby to scold her for leaving the package where it could be easily found, and sending a text anyone could see.
