RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with users and stakeholders to gather and document system requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Conduct system upgrades, patch management, and configuration changes with minimal disruption to business operations.

Assist in the implementation and rollout of new applications and systems, including testing, training, and support. Support data integrity, data migration, and integration between systems using APIs, ETL tools, or scripting.Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated helpdesk issues related to enterprise systems and applications.Build responsive, maintainable frontend components where required.Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Day-to-day systems support and issue resolution Review the current systems/interfaces, forms and procedures and propose solutions to streamline and reduce manual intervention Collaborate with Managers to design and develop both internal and external management reports to better inform the businessDegree in IT and/or Software DevelopmentBroad experience and knowledge of accounting systems and ERP SystemsAdvanced Excel and computer software skillsStrong analytical and numerical skills demonstrating an ability to identify and react to emerging issues Strong interpersonal skills, able to manage conflict and maintain good relationships with key stakeholdersScripting or programming experience an advantageStrong proficiency in at least one backend language:
