The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Information Systems, or Business Management. The IT Service Delivery Specialist will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure to ensure optimal availability and efficiency. Leading the service desk team and guaranteeing adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) will be paramount. Gathering customer feedback will be integral to driving continuous service enhancements. Cultivating and maintaining robust relationships with clients and key stakeholders across the organization will be essential for success. Vendor management will be a key aspect of this role, ensuring that service levels and business objectives are consistently met. Collaboration with technical teams to define business requirements for novel solutions will be crucial.
