We can hardly imagine that anyone would want to go to a healthcare facility, because no one enjoys being ill or having to visit the clinic on a regular basis, right?It is quite disappointing then that a man who took his brother to the Reservoir Hills clinic was fined for parking on the pavement outside the clinic.
