In the championship round, the home run totals will be reset. Both players will have three minutes at the dish and a 30-second time-out. The player with the most home runs in the round will be crowned the derby champion. Jack Fader will be the batter for the Dartmouth Mooseheads. He has five home runs in the Nova Scotia league and is hitting .394 with an impressive .727 slugging percentage.

Arizona-born Steve Prichard will be the hitter for the Elmwood Giants of Manitoba, while Erik Herbranson will take part for the Kamloops Sun Devils of British Columbia.
