The South African Weather Service predicts isolated to scattered showers and thundershowers will continue across the country, with the potential for disruptive rain and flooding, particularly in KwaZulu-Natal.

According to the weather service, disruptive rain is expected to last until Thursday in most parts of the country. It added that significant rainfall amounts of up to 100mm are expected in places over the northern parts as well as along the coast and adjacent interior of KwaZulu-Natal on Thursday which may lead to flooding.
