MacKinnon, who continues to be on remand, is also scheduled to enter pleas Feb. 8 on charges of two counts of breaching court orders and single counts of mischief and assault.A Glace Bay woman has been fined after pleading guilty to a single count under the Revenue Act. Justin Charles Brannen, 43, of Port La Tour, Shelburne County, pleaded guilty to a single count of allowing someone else to operate his vessel. Two other offences were dismissed.
