Miramax’s lawsuit is the first big-name dust-up over it, but unlikely to be the last. Few if any existing contracts expressly discuss NFTs. Already murky ownership and intellectual property questions threaten to capsize some attempted NFT launches, perhaps including Tarantino’s.
