The puck drop is 7 p.m.“It feels good ,” said league president Dwyane Handrahan, who is hoping to see the league expand for next season. “The fans love it; the rinks are full.
Handrahan said the league hopes to complete regular season play before the 2023 Canada Winter Games, which run from Feb. 18 to March 5. “There are a lot of former Vipers’ players going back probably seven or eight years ,” said McIver. “People will be quite familiar with the guys who are playing.”
