We are seeking a talented and driven Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining complex web applications with a strong focus on user interface (UI) responsiveness and user experience.
Your responsibilities will encompass translating design mockups into polished and functional UIs, ensuring the seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionalities, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our development processes. A successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, along with proficiency in the Microsoft Web stack (MVC, C#, Razor, IIS, .NET, Web Services, Web API). Experience with Microsoft SQL and database development is essential. Familiarity with Agile Development methodologies and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code are highly valued. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, a collaborative spirit, and a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for contributing to code reviews, upholding coding standards, and ensuring best practices are consistently adhered to. Furthermore, you will be involved in implementing automated processes for building, testing, documenting, and deploying applications at scale.
