A well-respected and successful Consulting firm is searching for an intermediate level Full Stack Developer to join their established team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, utilizing a variety of technologies.
Our client, a well-respected and successful Consulting house, is looking for an intermediate level Full Stack Developer to join their established team. As an integral member of their Development team, you will be proficient in both front and back-end coding and responsible for fully-fledged platforms using a range of different technologies. \You will be involved in the entire product development lifecycle including the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of applications.
This role involves working closely with senior developers or other experienced members of the development team to learn the specific tools and technologies used by the company. You will deliver code that passes code reviews from other development team members, while also adhering to their coding style and common coding patterns. \Your responsibilities will encompass designing user interactions on websites, collaborating with senior members of the development team and product owners on complex projects requiring multiple steps in the software development process, and developing servers and databases for website functionality. You will also develop fully fledged platforms (with databases, servers, and clients) that function independently of other applications. You will code for mobile functionality, create prototypes of new features to test feasibility before beginning work on the final product, and ensure site compatibility across a range of screen resolutions. \ You will actively participate in meetings with other members of the development team to discuss project progress and identify potential issues. You will collaborate closely with the development team to ensure system consistency and create great user experiences. Communication with other developers on your team or across departments will be essential to share knowledge and coordinate work efforts. You will handle deployment of new releases as required and perform UI tests to optimize performance. Monitoring application performance to ensure efficient operation and quick response to user input will be a key aspect of this role. \Technical certification and/or a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is preferred. A strong understanding of multiple back-end languages (like C#, Java, and Python) and JavaScript frameworks is essential. Proficiency in multiple front-end languages and libraries (like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) is also required. Experience with testing and debugging, along with a comfortable working knowledge of both front- and back-end languages, is highly valued. An eye for layout aesthetics will be beneficial in this role.
