Former Eskom officials implicated in R400 million corruption at Kusile
The preliminary investigations by the Special Investigating Unit revealed that Eskom, in respect of this case, lost almost R400 million from an unlawful tender at its Kusile Power Station in MpumalangaThe two orders, granted on Wednesday, were to forfeit various properties that were, according to the National Prosecuting Authority , the proceeds of unlawful activities at the power plant, following allegations of serious maladministration and corruption.
