In Gatineau, Rue Jacques-Cartier remains an area of concern, and traffic is limited to local residents. Parts of Jacques-Cartier are open to residents only and the city cautioned drivers to slow down to prevent crating waves.

In Ottawa, flood prevention measures are ongoing in a number of areas, notably in the Constance Bay and Cumberland areas. There was no indication of severe damages.
