Financial Systems Administrator based in Brackenfell, Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the financial systems department in order to have accurate, current and complete financial data.
Ensure users are setup and maintained on relevant systems.Monitoring of various SAGE system integrations for sales and purchases for reporting purposes.Performing system reconciliations to reflect source system balances with financial system.Assigning calls and assisting with first line support on finance systems ticketing system.Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Finance systems or Information systems.Exposure in the retail industry and previous Financial Systems Administration experienceProficiency in the latest Microsoft 365 packages is an important requirement. A strong systems orientation together with good numeracy skills, financial acumen, and the ability to apply financial principles to solve issues effectively. High levels of drive and initiative and the ability to work to deadlines and deal effectively with numerous issues and priorities.Accuracy and excellent attention to detail is vitally important.Excellent communication skills and ability to handle an ever-changing environment.
