FF Plus condemns the ‘Expropriation Bill’ and will keep fightingThe FF Plus condemns the Expropriation Bill, which will make it possible to expropriate, among other things, land without any compensation, and will vote against it at every opportunity.
This is an attempt by the ANC to use the Expropriation Bill to carry out expropriation without compensation. The FF Plus has already made it clear that it strongly opposes these amendments, and the party is even willing to approach the Constitutional Court in a bid to stop the Bill. Then the Constitutional Court must determine whether the proposed law is constitutional or not before the president can sign it.
