Meanwhile, some residents of the city, mostly in Slemon Park were also without water service for most of the day, but crews were working to try and restore it. Officials said during a provincial update Saturday afternoon that, as of 4 p.m., no one had died on the Island due to the storm.Major storms can create all kinds of different emergencies.
