A project management position is available for someone with a strong background in housing development and the built environment. Responsibilities include managing project lifecycles, stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Individuals with postgraduate experience, experience in housing development s and project management , especially in the civil and building environment, will qualify for this role. Candidates will need good knowledge of and experience in the built environment ; housing development planning processes, statutory approval processes for obtaining development rights; government policies, procedures, and housing development s across all programs, compilation and submission of reports and proposals.
Manage cost, commercial matters, quality, resourcing, scheduling (MS Projects and/or Primavera), and technical matters during the project lifecycle. Measurement and certification of completed work, including cash flow forecasts. Build and maintain external stakeholder relationships through networking, maintaining regular contact, and ongoing communication. Ability to provide technical advice to clients, especially regarding infrastructure and housing projects. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation for the planning and implementation of infrastructure and housing projects
