The mysterious radio voice first appeared in episode 6 of Season 10, where the speaker reveals she grew up in Strasburg, Pennsylvania and is a big fan of the ice cream shop that used to be there. While she remains skeptical, Eugene is confident enough to share his name and says he visited Strasburg for a train convention. They agree to keep the conversations private and suggest chatter will stop if anyone else discovers the communication.
