Eskom has announced that it will intensify loadshedding to Stage 4 due to loss of generating units and the need to replenish energy reserves.

Stage 4 would be in effect until 5:00 tomorrow, with Eskom then rotating between Stages 2 and 4 for the remainder of the week.
