JOHANNESBURG - Eskom has announced that it will be implementing stage 2 power cuts from 5 pm to 10 pm on Saturday.Eskom implements Stage 1 power cuts from 5pmThe power utility has warned if capacity is not increased, the blackouts will be repeated at the same time, throughout the week.
