Oscar Mabuyane looks set to remain premier as the province’s preferred candidate, but will compete with Helen Sauls-August and Siphokazi Mani-Lusithi.
CAPE TOWN - The African National Congress in the Eastern Cape wants chairperson Oscar Mabuyane to continue as premier, but he will still have to slug it out with two other candidates.
The process has also seen more women than men nominated as premier candidates despite getting fewer nominations.
