Transit commission chair Glen Gower pointed out that it’s an “extremely busy time of year” for staff, with the budget to be tabled next week. Coun. Matt Luloff pointed out that transit commission could hold a meeting between now and next week, rather than wait for its, and have the issue back before council when it meets to consider the budget next Wednesday.
“I want to see electric buses. But we’ve also had a pretty bad experience in terms of rushing and making decisions that were not public,” she explained.
