Fast forward 11 years, countless race meets, podium wins, trophies galore and lap record setting and they are getting together again, this time not as track rivals fighting for a win against each other, but as team mates taking on the professional drivers such as Ben Collins in the Praga Cup Championship.
When the opportunity to have the story of their journey told in a BBC documentary presented itself, they grabbed it with both hands and never looked back since. Filming started in spring this year and has been going extremely well.
