Durham police continue to appeal for information in the homicide investigation related to Ariel Kaplan.The results of the post-mortem along with information obtained from the investigation determined Kaplan was murdered.
Investigators also believe that on the night of his disappearance, Kaplan had dinner with several acquaintances at a restaurant in the Yorkville area. Kaplan was a son, a brother, an uncle; his death has deeply affected his family, his friends and his community.
