Donnie Yen recently starred in John Wick: Chapter 4 as the blind hitman Caine, and following the success of the film, has said he'd come back
and said that he would “love” to do it, although he did note that it’s unclear whether it’ll ever happen, due to the nature of Hollywood.spin-off centered around Caine,” Yen said, before joking that “there’s always ‘talks’ in Hollywood.”
Yen’s role as Caine is one of the many bright spots that fans took from the recently released film. In the film, Caine is contracted by the High Table to kill John Wick, his friend, in order to protect himself and his daughter. By the end of the film, Caine had earned his freedom and was seen in a post-credits scene going to see his daughter, before being seemingly attacked by Akira , the daughter of Shimazu Koji , who Caine had killed earlier in the film.
Although no spin-off starring Caine has been greenlit as of yet, the world of John Wick is continuing to grow. A spin-off film titledThe ContinentalJohn Wick: Chapter 4 is available to watch now in theaters.
