DINING OUT: With a new chef at the helm, Les Fougères extends its winning ways

After my dinner there last month, I feel like Les Fougères is at least as good as it ever was, which is to say very good indeed.

Now, Les Fougères’ chef is Blake Williams, previously the sous chef at Supply and Demand on Wellington Street West, another Ottawa-area restaurant that has cracked the Canada’s 100 Best Restaurants list. Williams’ sous chef is Simon Beaudry, who was previously the chef at Le Rustiek in Gatineau.Article content
