To cap off February, the Avon View Avalanche took home the Western Region Division 1 Girls’ Championship banner. In March, they went on to win the girls’ Valley High School Hockey League title as well.
“We’ve travelled to Montreal and New Brunswick for a couple of away tournaments, where we also won a few games. “I honestly could not have asked for anything better. … It’s truly been a great experience,” Greenslade said of her time with the Avalanche.
