South Metro Fire Rescue said one kayaker was able to make it to shore, and the body of another was found Sunday.
The county said a geo-tech company needs to assess the safety and stability of the area before crews are able to begin clearing the debris.
The county said anyone interested can sign up for local community notifications to be notified immediately about road closures and openings, as well as other emergency alerts.
