But despite playing three games in the U.S. against the Arizona Coyotes, Vegas Golden Knights and Avalanche last week, the Flames are hopeful they’ll be able to bring their best to the Saddledome on Tuesday evening. “I don’t think there will be any lack of energy or emotion tomorrow. We’re playing the best team in the league tomorrow and we’ve got to be at our best. If we’re at our best, we can play and beat anyone.”
That doesn’t guarantee anything on Tuesday, of course, but it does give them a reason to believe that if they play their best game, they can make something happen against both the Bruins and the Leafs this week.Article content
