Twenty-four-year-old Chalice Slavik of Delta was arrested Friday and the B.C. Prosecution Service has charged him with manslaughter. A week before Slavik’s arrest, 21-year-old Jeffrey Stevens was arrested in Surrey and charged with second-degree murder. Stevens is also facing a charge of aggravated assault against a second, surviving victim.
