During a recent meeting, Cornwall town council voted to replace the artificial turf surface on its football field at the Terry Fox Sports Complex. - FileCORNWALL, P.E.I. — Cornwall town council voted to replace the artificial turf surface on its football field at the Terry Fox Sports Complex.
The turf is expected to be replaced in 2023, and the Town of Cornwall will fund the ongoing operation and maintenance of the field. Council passed the resolution to keep the same fee structure in place, with an amended cancellation policy. If there is a no-show or if a team cancels within 48 hours of their booking, it would be charged for the booking. This would not apply to weather cancellations.
