Demonstrated experience or knowledge in Master Data Management, Metadata Management, Data Quality, and Data Lineage tooling and principles is essential. Hands-on experience with one or more of the following toolsets is highly desirable: Informatica MDM, Informatica Product 360, SAP MDG, Informatica Axon, Azure Purview, or Informatica IDQ.The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading the implementation of RDARR/BCBS239 compliance controls for group compliance in collaboration with all relevant business units. They will forge strong relationships with business stakeholders to ensure widespread adoption of the data governance strategy throughout the organization. Furthermore, they will develop and implement best practices policies and guidance across the company's key systems and data sources, core systems, and introduce a consistent company-wide taxonomy and ontology. The role also involves leading working sessions with operational and information system owners regarding the onboarding of new data assets, including the documentation of processes, procedures, system interfaces, data dictionaries, data models, and requirements for all new analytical data assets.
