Over the course of about a half-hour during the Austin forum, Broadnax touted his experience as city managers in Dallas and Tacoma, Washington and his focus on prioritizing diversity, equity and inclusion. He also talked about launching initiatives in Dallas designed to address homelessness, and said he supports policing and police accountability.
