In a world where passion meets compassion, extraordinary individuals emerge to make a lasting impact. Meet Vusi Sindane, affectionately known as ‘The Crazy Cyclist,’ who has embarked on an awe-inspiring adventure to raise funds for 10 000 pairs of school shoes for children in need.Vusi is a dedicated cyclist and philanthropist who has decided to combine his love for cycling with a charitable cause that would touch the lives of countless children.

Armed with unwavering resilience and determination, Vusi started his 3000km journey on 13 April 2023, cycling from Musina in Limpopo to Cape Town. He is pedalling his way through villages, towns and cities, while spreading awareness about the need for adequate school shoes among underprivileged children. His journey is scheduled to end at Green Point Stadium in Cape Town on 23 May 2023.

Vusi’s cause has been an inspiration to many and has sparked support from individuals, communities and organisations alike. A total of 1 118 pairs of school shoes have been donated so far. Follow Vusi’s journey and support his quest of raising 10 000 pairs of school shoes
