RECIPE | Crumbed chicken
1–2 packets nachos Mix the buttermilk and the spices in a mixing bowl big enough for all the drumsticks. Coat the drumsticks in the marinade and leave them in the fridge for half an hour .Use a wine bottle or a rolling pin to crumble the nachos. Roll the drumsticks in the crumbs until they’re completely coated. Lightly shake off any loose crumbs.Put the drumsticks on a baking tray greased with Spray’n’Cook or lined with baking paper.
